Well I took my usually ride this mooring and added a little bit more so now it is 10 miles instead of 8.50 miles and you know I do feel better after all in the fitness room on the carido Bike I do about 12 miles at different rates of speed so 10 miles on a regural bike isn't too bad, You would just not believe how many people are on the trail at 0830 hrs I have seen people walking their dogs and one young lady had a sht Zue just like our little dog that we had to put down it was the very way that our little one looked at 6 months old so I had to stop and talk to this young lady and I told her how her little one looked like our's and of course how long our had lived and she was supprised to find out if you take real good care of them that they would live about 15 years of age, and I must say that it was a very good 15 years she was with out a doubt the best friend that this family ever had in fact she wasn't a pet she was in fact a member of the family.
