I had a telephone call from my sister on Sunday telling me that my Aunt had passed away she was 96 years old, That is what I call a long and somewhat healthy life she was a really nice lady and I have to say that she was they type that you didn’t get away with nothing with her it was like she could look right threw you and know if you were giving her a line she will be missed I use to go to her place as a small child, I really enjoyed going to both of my Aunts house’s and I also have learned a lot from there husbands I think that is where I got my my love for fishing and hunting from you see my own father at the time didn’t hunt he really didn’t like hunting he fished tho I can remember one time when my Uncle Red was in his work shop making a fly fishing rod and asked me what I thought of it to which I said man would I like to have one like that and you know he trurned around and gave me that rod to my suprise he was making it for me and I have to say that rod caught a lot of fish in the streams of Pennsylvania till I fell in a 10 foot hole and lost the dang thing I never found another good rod like that one again
