I guess I should have gotten back here eariler I really got a little confused when I seen the new page that they have for you first screen I had to put it back to the old style I like that one better and besides that is the one that I am use to,
Well we got another snow and ice storm I don't mind the snow but man the ice they can keep that you can't do nothing on that and besides it is very dangerous to drive on and walk on , I'm still going to the fitness room for my workouts but now I have to take it easy for a while I am hoping that I didn't do it but there is a chance that I might have ripped a rotor cuff in my left shoulder it has really been hurting lately the doctor put me on some drugs and took a few x rays of it so I have to go back and see what the x rays showed then we'll decided what is next
