We went to another new trail today, this one is only in Mineral Point, it is part of the Stapel Bend tunnel execpt this one is on the other side of the river, and another thing that makes this one bad is you have to park about 1/2 mile from the entrance to the other part of the trail, it starts out real well till you get around the cornor and see a hugh hill in front of you, Well we got about a 3rd of the way up the hill and just decided that it is just not worth it with the heat of the day and everything it just wasn't worth it, so we loaded up and heard for the James E Mayer Trail in downtown Johnstown, that trail is about 2 3/4 miles round trip so we rode that one once but man where we had to park The smell was just alful in fact it stunked my buddy called it pig weed because it does smell like a hugh pig and a lot of them for sure, but with all that goofying around it turns out that we rode about 6 miles not like either one of us are use to we normally do when we go riding we normally go about 25 to 36 miles on one of our rides, Like I have said so many times I do like that Allegheny Passage but it is so dang far away like anywhere from 80 to 120 miles away from here and with the gas prices be this high it is a little hard to get there for now but when the prices settle down a little we'll be going again, Hopefully it will still be summer,
